We’ve worked hard to find relevant resources for students and parents to be able to quickly and easily access information on mental health and general wellbeing. We’ve included links to some great websites full of information on mental health and wellbeing, as well as some handy Apps with tips and strategies for adding to your wellbeing toolkit. We’ve also collected some helpful factsheets on common mental health and wellbeing issues, and will be adding more great resources to this page as we find them. If you’d like to seek help or advice, see our ‘Finding Help’ page for more information on where and how to access help both at school and in the community.
