Frederick Irwin Anglican Secondary School provides a comprehensive programme for children from Year 7 to Year 12, catering for the academic, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each child.
In the Secondary School, our rigorous curriculum is complemented by a diverse range of learning opportunities designed to challenge and inspire students. As 21st-century learners and independent thinkers, students have the chance to flourish in all areas. Our Secondary education ensures that young people graduate as capable, informed adults who are both courageous and compassionate, ready to make positive contributions to the global community.
Our dedicated Secondary educators provide support and tailored opportunities for students at various levels, allowing them to showcase their potential. We believe that effective learning thrives in an environment where positive relationships between teachers and students are fostered. At our school, we prioritise building strong connections within our community, creating a safe yet stimulating space for learning.
Secondary School Mandurah - House System
Students in Secondary School are placed into Houses, where they start the day during Home Room Period. The House system allows for students to come together as a House group, compete in games and competitions.
Our one school concept creates flexibility and enables a wider variety of teaching programmes and learning environments to be utilised. To find out more about our House and Pastoral system click here.
