- The Code Crushers [Joshua Abuhagiar (7), Tavion Cameron (7), Andrew Aravena (7), Lewis Liu (8), Emma du Plessis (8), Ethan Archer (8)] were locked in an intense numerical duel, missing out on 1st place by just a single point, earning a well-fought 2nd place finish!
- The Denominator Destroyers [Isaac Abuhagiar (7), Max Shears (7), Vinh Quan (7), Taksh Reetwal (8), Amelie Donders (8), Jevon De Silva (8)] also had a razor-close finish, falling just one point shy of 3rd place, securing 4th place in a highly competitive field!
Meanwhile, across town, our Year 9 & 10 teams engaged in a thrilling mathematical battle of wits and strategy.
- The Trig Titans [Dylan Angelos (9), Logan Humphrey (9), Justin Mitri (9), Kirkland Lowens (9), Kaydee Leek (10), Emily Van Breday (10)] fought through every round, finishing just 1 point behind 2nd place, claiming a hard-earned 3rd place spot in a fiercely contested finale.
- The Puzzle Pi-Rates [Joshua Henrickson (9), Stephanie Hunt (9), James McLeod (9), Tavish Mittal (9), Zoe Thompson (10), Addison Turner (10)] were unstoppable, taking an early lead and expanding it with each round, ultimately sailing to 1st place with a commanding 5-point victory!
The night was filled with math, mastery, and mirth—along with plenty of food and laughter. A huge congratulations to all our competitors for their stellar performances!
