Some of our Year 5/6 students have been raising environmental awareness at the Meadow Springs campus. Design for Change (DfC) is focused on equipping our students with the tools to be aware of the world around them, and how to take action for a sustainable future. Year 6 House Captains have planted some trees, and our DfC students will be raising money through our PJ day for further tree planting.
On House Day, Mrs Tracey Gray along with the students, Mr Jon Butcher and Mr Noah Clark, planted the first of our trees at the top of the ovals to represent the students' desire for a sustainable future. We absolutely love the energy these students are bringing as they raise awareness for these important issues.
